Support

Her Health Place app support.

Free, step-by-step guides for getting care, a question builder for your next appointment, and the story of the platform we're building. For iPhone and iPad with iOS 17 or later, and in any browser at herhealthplace.com/app.

Is this medical advice?

No. The guides describe how to get care: what to prepare, what to ask and what to confirm. They cite the public sources they rely on, such as HHS, Medicare and AHRQ. They don't replace a clinician. If you think you have an emergency, call 911.

Do I need an account?

No. The guides, the questions and the story of the platform work without signing up. Joining as a Founding Member is optional.

What does the app collect?

Nothing, unless you join. Your ticks and starred questions stay on your device. If you join, we receive the contact and interest details you enter, and never anything about your health. The privacy notice lists every field and how long we keep it.

How do I withdraw and delete my details?

In the app, open Settings and tap Withdraw my sign-up. You can also use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from us, or write to hello@herhealthplace.com. Withdrawing deletes your record.

I didn't get the confirmation email.

Check your junk or spam folder for an email from hello@herhealthplace.com. If it isn't there, join again with the same address and we'll send a new one, or write to us.

Where did my ticks and stars go?

They're saved on your device only, so we can't see or restore them. Deleting the app, or clearing your browser's data for this site, deletes them.

What is team mode?

A tool for the Her Health Place team at events, unlocked with a team code in Settings. It adds a way to note people we meet, with their agreement, and a count of sign-ups. It isn't needed to use the app.
