Her Health Place app: terms of use

Last updated September 24, 2026.

Not medical advice

The guides and questions help you get care: what to prepare, what to ask and what to confirm. They are not medical advice and don't replace a clinician. If you think you have an emergency, call 911.

The story of the platform

"How It Works" shows the platform Her Health Place is building, following a fictional member. The people, records and connections in it are illustrative. The app doesn't connect to patient portals or health records.

Using the app

The app is free. You don't need an account, and joining as a Founding Member is optional. Please use it for yourself or to help someone you care for, and not to collect information about other people.

Sources

The guides link to the public sources they rely on, such as HHS, Medicare and AHRQ. Those sites belong to their publishers, and their content is theirs.

Who provides the app

The app is provided by Martin Heyne and Raye Heyne, who are building Her Health Place. Questions: hello@herhealthplace.com. How we handle information is in the privacy notice.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do.
